KupuKupu is a small clothing company that makes 100% handmade clothes with natural materials, clean designs and with lots of care in their confection.
I make all the clothes that I sell in a little studio that I have in my home in Barcelona, one at a time. I'm not a stock of production, I sew every piece when you order it, so I can adapt the design to your particularities that makes you so special.
This kind of confection takes time, so it takes a little bit of time to receive your order. Please, contact me for a specific date of shipping and if you need a rush production.

Payment
Usually all the orders are paid in the same moment that you make the purchase.
I accept payments through PayPal, but is not necessary have a PayPal account for paying through it. You can pay with credit/debit card. I don't accept any other kind of payment method.

Shipping
I'll send the clothes to anywhere in the world via insured, signature confirmation delivery, through Correos España. All the deliveries can be tracked. I'll send you the tracking number after your order is sent.
I don't usually have problems with the deliveries, but sometimes something may happen. If, unfortunately, one of your orders undergoes a problem I just ask you, please, to have some patience. because these things may take more time than we would like.
If you don't receive your clothes in the estimated time, I'll contact Correos España to find out what has happened.
If they tell me that the parcel has been delivered, I'll make a complaint and I wait to know what has happened in order to refund your money back or send the clothes again.
If they confirm me that the item has been lost, you have the choice to ask for your money back or to send you new clothes as soon as I can, assuming all the charges.
If the package comes back to me because the customers are not at home and they doesn't go to pick it up, I send the package again only if the customers assume the costs of new shipping.
TIMES OF DELIVERY
The times of delivery change depending on the destination. Europe destination takes approximately a week. USA, Canada, Australia and Asia between 1 and 3 weeks. Please contact me if you need more information about this.

Most of KupuKupu pieces are heavy. They are made of sweatshirt fabric and weights approximately 500g/1,1lb , so the cost of shipping is a little bit expensive. I always try to adjust it as much as I can, and in some models and in big sizes I assume part of it.
In Correos España the prices go every 500g/1.1lb, so is not possible to make a combination shipping, because I normally pay the same by sending the clothes together or on by one. Anyway, If you are thinking of making a multiple purchase, let me know and I will study if it's possible to apply any discount. To know more about discounts, take a look at the last paragraph of these policies where I talk about it.

I recommend you to take your measures and compare them with the size guide that you can find in all my items to decide which size fits you better. My recommendation is that you don't need to choose bigger sizes in case they are too tight because KupuKupu clothes are designed to be very comfortable if you choose the right size.
WASHING
I recommend to wash all the clothes with a delicate program washer machine and don't use the dryer. That helps to keep the clothes longer as new.
PACKAGED AND PRESENTS
I like to take care of all the details, so I send all the clothes with a careful packaging. I will be very happy for you to buy my clothes to make a gift and I'll be glad to include a postcard with a specific message, without additional charges.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts are always very welcome, so I try to offer them as many times as I can.
I always offer a 5% off for Facebook fans, just by clicking the 'Like' button of my front page and ask me about the code you need to take advantage of the discount.
